You will receive bare-rooted plants (if mailed), or cuttings if specifically stated in the product title (E.g Sedeveria Pat's Pink CUTTINGS 5PC). 肉肉裸根发货，不带土

1. Price is for one plant/ one pot of plant unless otherwise stated.
2. Pot size for plants for sale is stated in the description.
3. It's possible that a multi-head plant is formed by individual heads. I.e. not a whole plant. 群生/多头肉肉不包整哦

Photos marked as 'DISPLAY ONLY' demonstrate the plant's appearance when nicely stressed and are for customer's information only. Such photos do not visually represent actual plants you will receive.

1. Size and colour of plants may vary from each season. We're trying to update photos as frequently as possible but please allow delays. If you have any concerns, please hold off purchasing and contact us first. 
2. Some species are more vulnerable to heat and humidity when being mailed.
3. Some species tend to lose leaves during transit and we endeavour to warn the customers in either product title or description. Please keep the leaves in your propagation tray for new plants.

All GLG hybrids are cultivated and grown in Adelaide, SA.

Only plants marked as 'GLGhybrid', '2021hybrid', '2020hybrid' and '2019hybrid' are hybrids cultivated by our own. We also propagate some hybrids produced by other collector. Such hybrids are not marked as 'GLGhybrid' etc.

Please remove all wrapping and place plants in a cool, dry and ventilated spot for 2-3 days before repotting them. We don't recommend immediate repotting and watering.

Succulents should be repotted in slightly moisturized soil and not given water for the first week. Once the succulents have adapted the new environment, only give a good drink once the soil has completely dried to help stress and add colours.

It is possible that our succulents come with markings or other blemishes that are minor and not life-threatening. Please click here to browse through photos.

E.g.

1. Dried wounds/ markings
2. Minor fresh wounds caused by pot or other plant next to it. They occur when the plant is big enought but kept in a relatively small pot. Minor wounds can heal and dry over time.
3. Blobs on outer and/ or bottom leaves. They are caused by rainwater and can fade over time. These blobs/ bubbles are not a sign of bacteria/ pest infection.
4. Dried edges for some wide-leaf species such as Pappy's Rose, Cante, Pinky etc.

We will select plants with as least blemishes as possible for our customers but please kindly understand they cannot be fully avoided since succulents are living plants.

If these markings/ blemishes cause rot or other damage to the plant within 7 days please email us. Such circumstances can occur because succulents will have to be unpotted, dried and transit 2-3 days to arrive to customers. This process can shock the plant.

We do not have control over how Australia Post handles the parcel. Even if the plants are sent with good conditions there is a chance that damage occurs during transit. We are only responsible if such damage significantly affects succulents' ability to survive or its appearance. Most of the time it's only causing some bottom leaves to fall/ squished.

Combining orders is possible if orders are placed under the same name and email address.

• 1. Please place all orders before Saturday 12pm midday to ensure they will be sent together on the immediate Monday/ Tuesday.
  2. You can choose 'local pickup' on the second order to avoid paying extra shipping fees.
  3. Free express shipping applies to all combined orders as long as the total of them reaches $100, otherwise $12 cost applies. We will refund extra shipping cost paid by the customer on Saturday afternoon - night.

Make sure your address appears on at least one of your orders so we know where to send your goodies!

We ship plants via Australia Post express only on Monday to Tuesday. We endeavour to ship all orders on Monday.

• 1. Cost for orders below $100: flat rate $12
  2. Cost for orders above $100: free

Our weekly cut-off is Saturday 12pm midday. Orders placed before this time will be shipped on the immediate Monday.

If the total of combined orders reach $100, the free express shipping still apply. Extra shipping fees paid by the customer will be refunded in Saturday afternoon - night.

You will receive an email containing tracking info from Australia Post once your parcel is scanned. So make sure your email address is correct :) Also check the promotion/ spam folder. Sometimes the email does fail to be delivered. Please feel free to contact us via email to have the tracking number looked up manually by us!

Your order will be available for pickup on the immediate Saturday. We open on Saturday only 9am to 4pm: 37 Thyer Rd, MacDonald Park SA5121.

If you have any concerns about the received plants please contact us within 48 hours of receiving. If it's about damaged plants we may ask you to wait for another week for the problem to fully develop and become visible since succulents are living plants. Our full refund policy covers all plants that die due to rot within 7 days of receiving. We will negotiate partial refund if the damage is minor and not life-threatening.

We accept change of mind (cancel and refund/ swaps) before the weekly cut-off. Please email us at succulent2020@gmail.com before Saturday 12pm midday :)

We do not offer refund on change of mind once the plants has been shipped.
